Refund policy
LIVE FISH SALES POLICY. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no returns or exchanges.
Death on Arrival (DOA) As with all live fish sales, there is an inherent risk that the fish(es) may arrive dead. If your
fish(es) arrive dead, you need to notify us immediately and follow the instruction to apply for refund.
1. Provide the order#, your name, contact info and take 3 photos of the deceased fish(es) still in their original bag(s).
Then email to info@fullhousegoldfish.com within 2 hours of 1st attempt delivery time.
2. Upon receiving the necessary photos and confirming the claim, you will be issuing full or partial refund for the cost of the deceased fish(es).
Note: Any claims submitted after the 2-hour window of 1st attempt delivery time will NOT be accepted. If the fish die after being released into your tanks, no refund will be provided. Once the fish(es) are in your care and in your tank environment, the responsibility for their health and survival falls to the owner.
Important Considerations We strongly recommend that you carefully inspect the fish upon arrival and ensure they are acclimated properly to the new environment. You should thoroughly research the care and habitat needs of the species you are purchasing to ensure they thrive after arrival.
Customer Responsibility The health and survival of the fish after arrival are contingent upon proper care, water quality, tank setup, and acclimation procedures. We are not responsible for any conditions that arise once the fish(es) are released into your tank.
By proceeding with your purchase, you are acknowledged and accepted the terms listed above.
If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us at info@fullhousegoldfish.com.
